It’s the mid-'90s at the PulseNet PC support call centre. Gary Edwards is proud to be the DJ for customers waiting on hold. After finding out that his new power-crazed boss plans to replace him with an automated phone system, Gary is forced to fight for not only his job but the very existence of his craft.
